The perfect black and white polka dot party dress.

Borrowed this dress from a friend's daughter. It begs to move and twirl and just says, "Dance!"

I think I will paint it larger but tried an 8 x 10 sketch first.

The garments and dresses are so much about the people. These look like they must be good friends!
