Just Opened Etsy Shop!

I have just started an Etsy Shop. It seemed the perfect spot for my new line of cards. They are sold in sets of 5. I've put together some sets, but they can mix and match.

I have also posted some of my "Orphan Art." Those are sketches, studies, small paintings, figures studies, travel pieces... all are like orphans looking for a good home! Most are oils, some acrylic, some framed, many not. Please visit.

It's Second Saturday again, time to clean up!

I've been working on large and small dress pieces....some small still lifes and furry creature studies ( Hairy Potter).

Also planning for Texas workshop. New today–store front window still life and demo at Dana's in Edina in Feb..."Where Art Meets 50th & France."

AND, making some plans to put cards and small "orphan art" on Etsy. Look for it soon.

A wonderful jeweler Bridget Clark will be joining Hairy Potter (studio cat) and me in our 406 studio in the California Bldg. this Saturday from 11 to 6. Her work looks lovely, and I can't wait to see it in person.

discovered treasure trove of dresses!

I met the costume designer from a regional theater and was able to look through the storerooms containing years and thousands of costumes from their long history of productions. I borrowed an armload and the ideas are percolating! (Paintings to come, hopefully soon!)
